Sanford M. Simon, Ph.D.
Sanford Simon heads the laboratory of Cellular Biophysics at The Rockefeller University. In 2004, he was awarded the Bard Medal of Science for his work on the sorting and targeting of proteins in cells and mechanisms of metastasis of tumor cells. His undergraduate work was at Princeton, his graduate work at NYU Medical Center and postdoctoral studies at The Rockefeller University.
